Terms & Conditions These terms apply when you buy Developmentally Appropriate Materials, book a Prepared Environment Setup, or engage our Educational Consultation Services. Last updated: 29 July 2026 1.Who we are Destined Hub Limited is an early childhood development social enterprise serving families and nurseries with children aged 0–6. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Destined Hub” mean Destined Hub Limited, and “you” means the person or organisation placing an order or booking a service. 2.Accepting these terms By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or booking a consultation you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a nursery, school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. 3.Orders and pricing All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or payment cannot be verified. In that case you receive a full refund. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. 4.Prepared Environment Setup (P.E.S.) Every setup begins with a home or site visit and a written scope covering rooms, square metreage, furniture and materials. A 60% deposit secures your installation date; the balance is due on completion of installation. Timelines depend on access to the space and availability of furnishings; we will tell you promptly if a date must move. You are responsible for safe access to the property, working power, and disclosing any structural or tenancy restrictions before installation. Anchoring, drilling or fixings are carried out only with the property owner's written permission. 5.Educational Consultation Services (E.C.S.) Coaching sessions are booked in advance and are held online or in person as agreed. Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are moved free of charge; later changes or no-shows may be charged in full. Our guidance is educational. It is not medical, psychological, legal or diagnostic advice, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified clinician. Please consult a health professional for any developmental or medical concern. 6.Safe use and supervision Our materials are designed for specific age bands and must be used with adult supervision. Follow the stated age guidance, inspect items regularly for wear, and withdraw any item that becomes damaged. Small parts can present a choking hazard to children under three. 7.Intellectual property The Destined Hub name, logo, site content, product designs, activity sheets and caregiver guides belong to Destined Hub Limited. Downloads are licensed to you for personal or single-classroom use. You may print them freely for that purpose, but you may not resell, rebrand or redistribute them commercially without our written permission. 8.Liability We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise our total liability for any order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 9.Changes and governing law We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the Nigerian courts. We will always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.
