We do not ask for more information about a child than we need to recommend the right materials or design the right environment. Please do not send us clinical records or sensitive documents unless we have specifically asked for them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We share only what is necessary, and only with the service providers that help us operate — for example delivery partners for shipping, and our website and email hosting providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Our website uses only the cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this page first.

Access to family records is limited to team members who need it to deliver your service, and consultation notes are stored under the family's own file. No online service can promise perfect security, so we describe the controls we operate rather than making absolute guarantees.

Inquiry records are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Consultation notes are kept for the duration of the engagement and then archived or deleted on request.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email privacy@destinedhub.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our website and shop are intended for parents, caregivers and educators — not for children. Any information about a child reaches us through the adult responsible for that child.
