Shop Policies

• Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
• Lagos deliveries typically arrive in 2–3 business days; other Nigerian states in 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over ₦138,750. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.
• You receive tracking details by email once your parcel leaves us.
• Please inspect your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged in transit.

• Start a return with our returns request form.
• You may return unused materials in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return delivery costs.
• Return delivery for a change of mind is paid by the customer.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Printable downloads and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Our wooden materials carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as splitting, joint failure or finish flaking under normal use. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, water damage, or damage from misuse. Send us a photo and your order number and we will assess it.

• Materials use non-toxic, water-based finishes and sanded edges.
• Every product lists an age band — please follow it, and always supervise play.
• Items containing small parts are not suitable for children under three.
• Clean with a barely damp cloth; do not soak or machine-wash wooden items.

• Prepared Environment Setups require a 60% deposit to hold an installation date.
• Cancelling more than 14 days before installation refunds the deposit less any furnishings already commissioned.
• Cancelling within 14 days forfeits the deposit, as materials and crew time are already committed.
• Coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours' notice.

Payment is made in Nigerian Naira by bank transfer or the payment options offered at checkout. We never ask for card details by email, phone or chat. Nursery and school purchase orders are welcome — contact us for an invoice.

Nurseries, schools and NGOs ordering in volume can request tiered pricing, a phased delivery schedule and a staff training add-on. Write to us with your room count and age bands and we will quote.
